If you submit content to Zaukho for distribution, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content. You grant Zaukho a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zaukho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
